1. Service provider

Gekopilot is an AI visibility analysis and monitoring platform operated by Anomeda Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Aytuğ Topçu.

These terms govern the use of the gekopilot.com website, user accounts, and the analysis and reporting services Gekopilot provides.

2. Nature of the service

Gekopilot analyses responses obtained from third-party AI systems to produce brand visibility measurements, competitor comparisons, possible inaccurate or incomplete information findings, and recommendations for improvement.

Results depend on the models, availability and responses of AI providers, and on changes those providers make over time.

Gekopilot does not guarantee any ranking, traffic, sales, revenue, recommendation on an AI platform, or any particular level of visibility.

3. User account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account and for the security of your sign-in credentials.

If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, please contact Gekopilot.

4. Brand and content information

You should use the service only for brands and businesses you are authorised to use and analyse.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the brand, website, industry and other information you provide.

5. Products

One-Time Full Scan provides one Full Scan entitlement for the purchased brand.

Annual Monitoring includes a total of 12 Full Scans. The first period's entitlement can be used immediately after purchase. If you do not start the scan manually within the first 24 hours, the system may start the first automatic scan. Later scans become available in monthly periods.

An entitlement left unused in a monthly period does not roll over to the next period.

6. Payment

The product price, currency and order total are shown to you before purchase.

Payments are processed through an authorised payment service provider.

Gekopilot does not store sensitive card data such as the full card number or the security code in its own systems.

7. Reports and third-party systems

Analyses may use independent third-party AI providers. Temporary or permanent changes at those providers can affect results and processing times.

8. Prohibited use

Gekopilot may not be used for unlawful purposes, in ways that infringe the rights of others, or to disrupt the system or gain unauthorised access.

9. Intellectual property

Rights in the Gekopilot software, its design, its non-brand-specific methods and the platform content belong to their respective holders.

Reports provided to you may be used within your own business and in your commercial activities.

10. Changes to the service

Gekopilot may change how the service works technically for reasons of security, third-party service changes, or technical necessity.

Where a change affects the essential scope of a product you have already purchased, your rights under applicable law remain reserved.

11. Liability

Gekopilot is an analysis and decision-support service. Findings in reports should not on their own be treated as legal, financial, investment or other professional advice.

Mandatory consumer and user rights under applicable law are not limited.
